Dash Rewards connects two sides of the short-form economy:
- **Creators** launch campaigns with a budget, brief, and payout rate per 1,000 verified views.
- **Clippers** find active campaigns, post content to their own social accounts, and earn for every real view.

Every payout is reconciled against a double-entry ledger, so creators see exactly where their budget goes and clippers see exactly how each earning was calculated.

## How earnings work

1. A Creator publishes a campaign with a rate per 1,000 verified views (e.g., ₹50 per 1K views).
2. A Clipper discovers the campaign, creates a short-form clip, and submits the post URL.
3. The platform polls the source network's public API and records verified view counts against the submission.
4. Earnings accrue in coins (10 coins = ₹1 INR). Clippers can request withdrawal at or above the minimum threshold.
5. Every credit and debit is written to a double-entry ledger — the source of truth for payouts and creator spend.

## Content policy

- Content must comply with each destination platform's terms of service.
- Clippers must have rights to the source material or explicit permission from the creator.
- Campaigns are screened for prohibited categories before going live.
