1. The marketplace
Dash Rewards is a marketplace where Brands publish campaigns and Creators post short-form video clips to their own social accounts to earn per verified view. We facilitate the connection, view verification, and payouts. We do not produce content ourselves.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into binding contracts. Accounts found violating platform-of-record terms (TikTok, YouTube, Meta, X) may be suspended.
3. Content + permissions
Brands license their source content to Creators via campaigns. Creators must use only the source provided in the campaign brief. Re-uploading source material outside an active campaign is grounds for account termination.
4. Earnings
Earnings accrue per the campaign's per-1,000-view rate after view counts are verified by the source platform's official API. Earnings shown in your dashboard are illustrative and may be adjusted if the source platform reverses view counts (e.g. for fraud takedowns).
Withdrawals are processed weekly subject to a minimum balance and identity verification.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Bot or paid traffic to inflate view counts
- Reposting outside an active campaign
- Misrepresenting your identity or location
- Using Dash to coordinate harassment or illegal activity
6. Disclaimer + limits
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Earnings shown on the site are illustrative; this is not financial advice.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the seat of our headquarters.
